Maple Ridge Wind Farm

Call it Tug Hill Windmill Farm. Call it Flat Rock Wind Farm. Or call it Maple Ridge Windmill Farm. Any way you call it, it is the largest windmill facility east of the Mississippi River. There are now nearly 200 windmills operating. They have been called majestic, awesome, beautiful, cool, and yes, some other names. Bring along your camera, as the windmills have become a real tourist attraction. You can view a number of them from our lodge. There are a few photos below.
