I have this neat feature on my Wordpress blog that lets me look at recent activity and tells me where they are from, how long they stayed on, how they found my site, what they were looking for, etc. Interesting sometimes, and sometimes I look at the search they used to find me and it takes me to many other interesting places.
Only thing this does not tell me is who the searcher is, unless they happen to leave a comment. For instance, I have a number of visits every week from a place named MountainView, CA. I don’t think I know anyone there? It would be great if they would sign on and make a comment, good or bad, and tell me who they are. I often do that with other blogs. I have met some nice people that way, with similar interests. But maybe they like to stay anonymous. That’s OK too.

Mountain View, CA is the headquarters of Google. When you see that it means that the Google robots are checking your page.

Hi Randy: Thanks for stopping by, and I appreciate your leaving a note. We are just across the woods a bit from Worth, near the Sears Pond. We have probably seen you in Tuggers or the Montague Inn. We have a website at http://www.winteridgefarm.com that you might enjoy, with some photos and maps, especially if you are a snowmobiler. I also have another blog on The Tug at http:winteridge.wordpress.com you might enjoy.
I have the logbooks from our camp going back to 1980, and I am working on some stories and photos to go with them, and hopefully publish a book some day. I just need some dedication.
Hope to hear from you again,

Google? Well, I learned something already. Of course, they would not stop and say Hi.
